Jersey Numbers - WULAX has now enabled the Jersey Management function on Crossbar. Once registration is completed, and on the confirmation (which is the last step of the registration) you see a link to select a number for your athlete. Numbers will be assigned on a first come-first served basis. Once a number is selected for the age group, it will no longer be available. If over 50 athletes purchase the Q-Collar WULAX will receive a reduced rate of 30% off the purchase price of the device. The device can also be used for other contact sports such as Hockey, Football, etc. In addition, the device is able to be purchased using your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). While plans may differ, because the Q-Collar is an over-the-counter (OTC) Class II Medical Device, the purchase of your Q-Collar is eligible for payment from either your flexible spending account (FSA) and health savings account (HSA). The website to check out the Q-Collar is www.q30.com.
2026 Girls Spring/Summer Registration
The WULAX board has determined that we will continue to run Spring and Summer as one cohesive season. All athletes will play for the same team for the entire season unless there are not enough players for two Spring teams and in that case all players will be assigned to one team for Spring Season. Teams will be assigned after evaluations which are scheduled at the West Saint Paul Dome on March 22, and March 29, 2026. We understand you may have conflicts with other sports during the spring months; our ask is to do the best in attendance for both practices and games.
All teams will be playing in the GNLL Spring Season and the YLM Summer Season. We are including the GNLL Spring Season for our 14U level as well, however if we do not have enough eligible non High-School players, there is a chance we will not offer the GNLL Spring Games as part of the season. In this event, you will be refunded $100.00 in March.

What happens if an Athlete does not participate in evaluations?
- It is strongly encouraged that athletes participate in at least one or both days of evaluations.
- If a player misses an evaluation day due to family obligations or other excused absence (sickness / family trip planned before evaluations were announced) and does not let the WULAX President know ahead of time and does not make arrangements for a different day to be evaluated, the player will be placed on a B team.

What is the volunteer (DIBS) requirements for families?
