Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Pre-Season Tune Up
For the Pre-Season Tune Up a full refund will be given up to the point where the clinic has started. After clinics have started no refunds will be given. WULAX reserves the right to cancel a clinic due to lack of numbers. In such a case, a full refund will be given.
Boys Registration
For Spring/Summer Field Lacrosse registrations (i.e. joining a WULAX team): A full refund will be given up to the point teams have been formed. Once teams have been formed and posted no refunds will be given. If a player has an injury prior to the start of the league season (season starts with the first practice after team formation), and a medical note from a registered physician is provided, a full refund will be given. There are no refunds for injuries occurring after the start of the league season. WULAX reserves the right to cancel a league season due to lack of numbers. In such a case, a full refund will be given.
Girls Registration

2025 BNB Player Waivers
This is the required waiver for all athletes participating in the 2025 Black and Blue Tournament.
