Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Fall Girls Registration

For Fall Field Lacrosse registrations (i.e. joining a WULAX team): A player will automatically be rostered to a team once registration is complete. No refunds will be given once a player is rostered to their team. If a player has an injury prior to the start of the league season (season starts with the first practice after team formation), and a medical note from a registered physician is provided, a full refund will be given. There are no refunds for injuries occurring after the start of the league season. WULAX reserves the right to cancel a league season due to lack of numbers. In such a case, a full refund will be given.

PLL Quarterfinals Tickets

There are no refunds for the purchase of the PLL Tickets.

2025 BNB Player Waivers

This is the required waiver for all athletes participating in the 2025 Black and Blue Tournament.
