Field Status (Closures) & Weather

Weather-related Practice & Game Cancellations

If questionable weather conditions exist for youth organizations a decision will be made by the Woodbury Parks and Recreation by 3:00 p.m. If a closure is necessary, Woodbury Parks and Recreation will:

• Email sports directors/high school athletic directors
• Post the closure on the city's Facebook pages
• Post the closure on the city's website
• Send a notification on X (Twitter)

After 5:00 p.m., Please contact your coach or team manager. Lacrosse is an all-weather sport, if Parks and Recreation does not close city fields it is at the discretion of the head coach to cancel practice.

There are no make-up practices set up by the association. YLM and MSLAX policies take effect for regular season games.
